I am trying to keep costs down for clients as much as possible. To this end, the Champ aircraft rental is $110 per hour at present.

My standard rate is $65 per hour for flight instruction, in the Champ or in your privately owned aircraft. Flight reviews include a one-hour briefing and one-hour flight with debriefing for a flat $75 fee.

There is no minimum flight time required by the FAA. The endorsement is proficiency-based; typically, most pilots require two to 12 hours to complete the training.
